The Resilience Champion Series is a consultation package to support organizations operationalize the key concepts of a trauma-informed approach and build sustainable culture change. This series consists of six 90-minute workshops with members of organizations’ action team. All workshops will incorporate activities and discussion to help participants explore, integrate, and apply the information. In between each workshop, we recommend champion teams meet internally to refine the concepts introduced in each workshop.
