Take the interactive Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Survey to reflect on experiences from your childhood that may influence stress, health, and relationships in adulthood.
“ACEs” stands for Adverse Childhood Experiences or Adverse Community Environments.
This 10-question survey is simple and private: select “Yes” if the experience happened at least once, or “No” if it did not. Your score is not a judgment of your childhood, but a tool to increase awareness and understanding.
After completing the survey, you can choose to email yourself your responses and access helpful resources, or simply view your ACE score.
You can also continue to the Benevolent Childhood Experiences (BCE) Survey or the Adult Resilience Survey to explore how positive experiences and strengths help build resilience.
