Activity: Work through the following questions either individually or as part of your Resilience Champion team. (You may use the worksheets as a tool to support the activity.)

  • Define your goals: Based on the findings from your assessment, what are your top 2-4 goals for your setting?
  • Explore your strengths and barriers: What are some of the strengths that will help you achieve these goals? What are some of the potential barriers?
  • Revise your goals: Based on your analysis of your strengths and barriers, do you want to make any changes to your goals?

Discussion post:  Post your answer to this question.

  • What are your top 1-3 goals for your setting?
  • What are some of the strengths that will help you achieve these goals?

Defining Your Goals – Feedback

You’re still alive for survey 5 and we sure hope you’re happy. But if you’re not, we care a lot so leave us a note, do it snappy!

4 questions here (that’s not a lie), from 1-5 stars (with 1 being low and 5 being high).

Please use the last 2 answer boxes to communicate your thoughts on the course, big sigh.

We look forward to continued improvement and celebration of successes!
