Leadership series
The Leadership Series: Equip your team
This six-session series is designed for leaders who have completed The Basics and are ready to apply the concepts with themselves and those they support. Building on a shared foundation, the series moves from personal awareness and individual skills to team culture and application. Between sessions, participants practice skills within their role to nurture a culture of resilience. Throughout the series, there is an emphasis on balancing empathy and accountability within a trauma-informed approach.
The Resilience Champion Series
Move from “Aha!” to action.
Built for people doing the hardest, most human work. Across healthcare, education, social work, nonprofits, and corporate organizations, the challenges look different — but the need is the same: teams that can stay connected, communicate through stress, and help employees thrive and innovate.
The journey
Six workshops,
one resilient culture.

Workshop 03
Knowing your team
Leadership is a team sport. As leaders, we play a role in the regulation of the people around us. That co-regulation is most effective when we actually know who our people are. This workshop is about developing a real understanding of your team: their strengths, their needs, what throws them off, and what support looks like for each of them.
Workshop 04
Communication and feedback
This is where connection comes to life. We’ll explore communication practices that help us stay connected, build trust, and give honest feedback without doing harm. We’ll also get honest about what gets in the way of hard conversations and what it costs our teams when those conversations don’t happen.

Why it works
Most training gives you information. This series gives you a process.
The Resilience Champion Leadership Series is built on the belief that culture change doesn’t happen through a single workshop or a one-time initiative — it happens when the right people inside your organization are equipped, supported, and given a structure to lead the work from within.
Over 10 years, we’ve seen what happens when organizations try to build a trauma-informed culture without internal infrastructure. This series builds that infrastructure — one champion at a time.
