What it is
A measure of what protects you.
Resilience is the ability to withstand and recover from difficult conditions — and it can be strengthened at any age.
Where the ACE survey looks at adversity, the Resilience Survey looks at the other side of the equation: the protective factors that help you think clearly, make intentional choices, and stay connected under stress. These buffers are what allow people to face hard things and still recover.
The encouraging news is that resilience is learnable. Understanding where your buffers are strong — and where they’re thin — is the first step toward building more of them, for yourself and for the people around you.

What it measures
Three sources of resilience.
Protective factors show up at every level of our lives — inside us, between us, and around us.
How it works
Three quick steps.
We walk with you every step — from first conversation to lasting change your team can sustain on their own.

See your strengths
Your responses highlight where your buffers are strong and where there’s room to grow. There’s no “pass” or “fail.”

Pair it with the other surveys.
Together, these three give you a fuller view of both the adversity you’ve faced and the strengths that protect you.
