Leadership series
From Principles to Practice: Develop a resilient workplace culture
Understanding resilience-building principles is one things. Living them at work is another. This series bridges that gap. Each one-hour workshop focuses on one core principle and gives you three practical, ready-to-use tips for putting it into action.
Available as a full series or as individual workshops. Each session is one hour. Contact us to discuss the right format for your team.
What you’ll gain
Keys to a
resilient culture.
Who this is for…
The six principles
Six workshops,
one resilient culture.
Each session pairs reflection with practical application — and leaves your champions with concrete next steps to carry forward.
Workshop 03
Togetherness
Foster a sense of belonging and mutual support across your team and community.
Workshop 04
Collaboration
Share power and decision-making so that everyone — staff and clients alike — has a voice in the process.
Why it works
Most workshops leave you inspired but unsure what to do on Monday morning or a Wednesday for that matter. This series is designed differently — each session ends with three specific, practical things you can try right away.
We customize this series to fit your organization’s needs — whether you want the full six-workshop series or individual sessions.
Principles adapted from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Origins Training and Consulting has built on this framework through over a decade of applied resilience and trauma-informed practice with organizations across sectors.
